Confidential Diagnostics

Run the diagnostic model in the browser — the patient scan never leaves the device.

The problem to solve

AI diagnostics need the patient's scan, and the model needs to run somewhere. Today that means uploading medical images to a cloud service — the most sensitive data a person has, copied to a vendor's servers to get an answer that is a few bits of information. The image outlives the diagnosis on infrastructure the patient and clinician never see.

The solution it enables

Polymonial runs the diagnostic evaluation in the browser, on the sealed image. The clinician gets the result; the vendor's model does its work without the image ever leaving the device. No medical image is uploaded, stored or exposed. The answer is produced where the data already lives.

What it looks like

A clinician opens a scan in a diagnostic tool. The image is sealed on their machine; the model runs against it in the browser and returns the finding. The scan is never transmitted to the vendor, never stored in a cloud bucket, never added to a breach surface. The clinician gets the diagnosis; the patient's image never left the room.

“The model does its work. The patient's scan never leaves the device.”
